David Blight will give a lecture on Frederick Douglass at Cedar Hill, Frederick Douglass National Historic Site, 1411 W Street SE, Washington, DC, 20020, on February 18, 2018. This event for the bicentennial kickoff of Frederick Douglass's birth.

The Frederick Douglass National Historic Site celebrates the bicentennial of Frederick Douglass's birth with its community partners on Saturday, February 17 and Sunday, February 18, 2018, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Guest speakers include Kenneth B. Morris, the great-great-great grandson of Douglass and co-founder of the Frederick Douglass Family Initiative, David Blight, Leigh Fought, Phil Darius Wallace and Fred Morsell.
